FROM STRATEGY TO THE NEXT STEP

Campaign Management

A campaign with a plan.
A team to keep it moving.

Turn your outbound plan into a managed workflow. We bring campaign strategy, copy, testing, monitoring and reply handoff together around your sales goals.

Custom scope. Clear responsibilities. A proposal built around your team.

BUILT FOR YOUR TEAM

For teams that want help running outbound consistently, with clear responsibilities from launch to follow-up.

WHAT WE WORK ON

Every stage has an owner.

Good campaign management connects the audience, message and day-to-day decisions. We help organize the work so your sales team knows what is running, what is changing and which conversations need attention.

Strategy built around your offer

Set campaign goals, audience segments, positioning and calls to action before preparing the launch plan.

Copy with a clear purpose

Develop outreach messages and follow-up sequences that reflect your offer, brand voice and the needs of each audience.

A considered launch

Review audience inputs, sequence settings, sending schedules and infrastructure readiness before agreed campaigns go live.

Testing with a hypothesis

Compare message angles, audience segments or calls to action, then use the findings to guide the next iteration.

Monitoring and reply handoff

Review campaign activity and reply patterns, flag issues, and route interested conversations to the agreed sales owner.

Reporting that informs decisions

Share the agreed activity and response measures, what changed, what was learned and what the team will try next.

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

From the brief to the next step.

  1. Agree the strategy

Align on your offer, audience, campaign goals and responsibilities.

  2. Prepare and review

Build sequences, confirm the list and review the launch setup with you.

  3. Launch and monitor

Run the agreed campaign, review signals and organize reply handoff.

  4. Report and improve

Review findings together and prioritize the next round of changes.

A SCOPE THAT MAKES SENSE

A clear brief.
An agreed scope.

Your proposal defines the channels, campaign count, tools, copy approvals, review cadence and reply responsibilities. Data research, infrastructure and CRM integration are agreed separately or included explicitly in the scope.

Plan your service

What your team can work from

  • A campaign brief and reviewed outreach sequences
  • A documented testing and optimization plan
  • A clear owner for interested replies and next steps
  • Reporting with findings and recommended actions
Managed services are scoped separately.

These services are not included in the advertised $3 mailbox plans. We agree deliverables, responsibilities and pricing in a custom proposal before work begins.

BEFORE WE GET STARTED

A little more clarity.

Bring your goals and your questions. We’ll work through the scope with you.

Talk to our team
Can you manage campaigns in our existing tools?

We review your outreach tools and current setup during discovery. The proposal confirms supported tools, required access and any setup or integration work before management begins.

Will we review the messaging before launch?

Yes. We agree a copy review and approval process with your team so the audience, offer and messages are aligned before launch.

Who handles interested replies?

The handoff is agreed during onboarding. We define which replies are routed to your team, what context is included and who owns follow-up. Sales calls and closing remain with your team unless a different scope is explicitly agreed.

How do you measure campaign performance?

We agree measures that match the scope, such as sending activity, bounces, reply categories and qualified conversations. Reporting distinguishes activity from outcomes; no reply rate, meeting count or revenue result is guaranteed.
